David died 35 years ago today.
Kept up my healthy eating plan. Went to SALT and on to TVMC

Got up @ 6:45am after getting home late last night. Conrads, Rines, Sally Lindroth, Martha and I went to the Disney Hall to see the LA Master Chorale and their former director Paul Salamunovich do the Duruflé Requiem, Os Justi, Magnum Mysterium and listen to several organ pieces. It was the most memorable concert experience I have ever had. There was a 30 minute informance before the concert that featured interview of Paul S. Disney Hall was magnificent, the most beautiful I have seen.

Walked Letty for 2 miles.

Weighed 218 this a.m. However, Martha got back from the gym and discovered it was weighing 2 pounds heavy, so she tried to adjust it.
