Strange weather day, overcast, humid, windy, 93 degrees. Not a typical SoCal summer day. Took Letty to dog park this a.m. She really enjoyed running, exploring and checkinbg out out the other dogs.

I took a 45 minute bike ride around the neighborhood, my new Redhawk route. I mounted my 70oz UnBottle to the seat, it worked OK. Now I have to figure out where and how to mount the hose and end fitting.


I did call Wy and she asked me if I had spoken to Alma today. Needless to say I wasn't prepared for that question. I simply said No, then she said she was at Madolyn's place. I am afraid she is close to having to go to an Alzheimer's unit. She had been wandering at C.P. earlier this week (going out the front door to go to her apartment and then go to work.

I ate sensibly today, until this evening after dinner, when I had bunches of Hershey's kisses. Not sure why, probably stress related. Took Letty for a walk and burned off some of the calories.
