It's wonderful to be home

I felt better yesterday than I have in over 3 weeks. I am still weak and a little wobbly when I walk but I guess laying in bed in a hospital for 5 days will do that to you. Still no word on the date next week for my chemo, but I am sure we will hear something today.

We have an appointment with a hospice organization this morning. NO, I am not going into hospice now but we thought we would set up the preliminary evaluation to have that done for if or when I may need those kinds of services.

Martha's sister and brother-in-law, Madelon and Roger and driving in from Florida and will probably be here by Sunday. They intend on staying as long as Martha needs them.

Hoping you are finding strength and comfort in the prayers and wishes that are being sent to you. My family and I send our support, as well, with the belief that your faith will sustain you in this tough situation. Clearly, you are not alone but are surrounded by loving family and friends. We wish you well.
