Bob's life with Christ began this morning just before 1am.
We decided last evening to remove all of the life support equipment after his doctors reported that there was nothing more they could do. He slipped peacefully away a few hours later without waking.
We are planning his funeral for Saturday, November 22nd. We will post the details here when our plans are finalized.
Thank you to everyone who called and visited these past few days. And a huge, loving thank you to Father Robert who was with us throughout this difficult journey.

My heartfelt sympathy goes out to you, Martha, and all your family. Bob was a man of great faith, and he has left the suffering behind to be at full peace with his Lord. Our loss is heaven's gain.

I knew Mr. Dudley several years ago as he was my boss when I worked for BOC gases in Cortez Colorado. A co-worker had sent me the blog link and I even e-mailed Bob to say hello. I have kept up with his blog and kept him and his family in my prayers!!! I am so very sorry for your loss! He was a wonderful man and I know he will be missed, but what a blessing we were all given by knowing him!!! Sincerely,
Rogna Brannin
